Shiver- Maggie Stiefvater
For years, Grace has watched the wolves in the woods behind her house. One yellow-eyed wolf - her wolf - is a haunting presence she can't seem to live without. Meanwhile, Sam has lived two lives: In winter, the frozen woods, the protection of the pack, and the silent company of a fearless girl. In summer, a few precious months of being human -- until the cold makes him shift back again. Now, Grace meets a yellow-eyed boy whose familiarity takes her breath away. It's her wolf. It has to be. But as winter nears and the temperature drops, Sam must fight to stay human or risk losing himself, and Grace, forever.

This book was shocked into my hands by a friend while we were out looking for books her. She gave to me and said "You'll like it more". I read the back… Read it again. I wanted it. I hadn't planned on buying anything but I ended up leaving with this book, of course I can go to a bookstore and not get least one book.
And so once I got home I sat down and read, my boyfriend must be lonely sometimes for when I find a really good book I read until I'm done usually ignoring him what I'm doing this, and this was a really good book.
The first few chapters had me confused, I had no clue what was happening, but even then it was so well written I couldn't stop reading. As I continued a "didn't what happened before what was going on. I was hooked. It is a perfect balance of emotions for me and not only did I find myself feeling as if I were Grace, parts me felt as if I could take the places Sam as well.
And so with all this being said I rate this book from 1, I couldn't finish it to 10, unputdownable, a 8, only because the first quarter of the book I had no clue what was going on. When I pick up a book I want to know what's happening and not have to guess which is what I was doing for the beginning parts, but close of the and there's able to really enjoy the book.
